For those of you who like fast and healthy, gluten-free, gluten-free chicken recipes, it's done in less than 30 minutes! free from corn flour, MSG, and other unhealthy "ingredients" that you usually get in order to stir from the restaurant. I also made it gluten free using soy sauce.

WHY MAKE CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE STIR FRY
One of the easiest and healthiest foods you can rely on during a busy work week and if desired, you can always replace the vegetables used here with your choice of vegetables.

With only 20 minutes of total work, this is perfect for a busy Saturday night!

Chicken is a staple protein and a good base for low-value special dishes when on Weight Watchers or other diets!

In this quick and easy stir-fried recipe, I use broccoli, paprika, chicken, and home-made sauces that are free of corn flour, MSG and other unhealthy "ingredients" that you usually get in order to stir from the restaurant. I also made it gluten-free using gluten-free soy sauce.
