In this quick and easy stir-fried recipe, I use broccoli, paprika, chicken, and home-made sauces that are free of corn flour, MSG and other unhealthy "ingredients" that you usually get in order to stir from the restaurant. I also made it gluten-free using gluten-free soy sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lb of boneless skinless chicken breast
- 3 large red and yellow peppers, thinly sliced
- 3 broccoli bunches are cut
- 1 tablespoon of torn ginger or ginger powder
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce soy sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic are crushed
- 1 small red chili thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons of water
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Slice the chicken breast into the 1-inch strip. Add to the hot pan and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side (a total of 4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan to dish.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, slice the peppers into a hot pan and pour 1 tablespoon of water. Cover with lid and simmer for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the ginger root, crushed garlic, chili, and broccoli, add one tablespoon of water again and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and brown sugar to the pan - it must be mixed very easily in a hot pan. After mixing well, add the chicken and stir it all together.
- Turn off the heat and leave for 5 minutes.
